RULES

Our core business is renting private apartments for days, weeks and months, depending on your needs.

1st
Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00 - please phone one day before arrival to determine exact time of arrival. Check out is from 8.00 to 12.00 , please contact us by phone one day before departure.

2nd
We have no reception – check in and check out other times requires a fee 60 pln, but in the hours from 23.00 to 6.00 is not available at all.

3rd
The minimum rental period is two days. For 2 persons we offer a double bed - two separate beds should be ordered when booking - payment may be required. No charge for 1 child up to 3 years if it do not needs a bed.

4th
Do not provide hotel services strictly as changing bed linen, towels, cleaning, etc. - regardless of length of stay.

5th
Customer paying a deposit guarantee / usually 300pln / declares that he is familiar with the rules of rental and accepts it.The payment is not refunded in case of cancellation, change of date and no-show in the apartment on the start of stay till hours. 20.00 - this is a moment of final cancellation booking. On arrival, the deposit guarantee is for an apartment deposit which is refunded on departure if You leave the apartment in good condition . Customer pay the whole charge per stay on arrival on the site, before accommodation, only in cash. At the erlier end of the stay, will not be refunded the unused amount. Can not derogate flat to other person, even if you do not use the whole of the paid stay.

6th
Bills - on request made not later than the day of arrival


7th
Do not smoke in apartments, It is possible on the balconies while keeping the place clean. Do not throw cigarette butts into the trash. Please also not lighting candles on the premises.

8th
You may not hang wet things on the radiators and chairs - please use the dryers.

9th
Please close all windows before leaving the apartment and the emptying of food from the fridge before leaving.

10th
Animals are not accepted.

11th
We are not responsible for valuable things and cash left in the apartment

12th
We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by works carried out and repairs and breakdowns, which occurrence or removal is independent of us.
 
13th
In the event of any damage to equipment or property ,the Customer is obliged to inform the Owner of the occurrence as soon as possible.Customer is materially responsible for any damage in the apartment caused by his fault or the fault of his guests.
